An International Customer Service Expert, with over 12 years of experience. Elena has been the Head of Customer Service and Sales in British Council Greece & Cyprus for over a year and has been, also, actively involved in the CS Operations for the EU region. She is on a mission to create unique experiences for the customers in the after-Covid era and at the same time to help the Organization transition from a traditional to a new way of working. She started and advanced her career in the Banking Industry. She is specialised in the Optimisation and Digitalisation of Business Processes, Project and People Management. Holds a bachelor’s degree focused on Accounting and Finance, a Certification in Project Management and she is currently studying for an MBA. At her free time, she enjoys travelling around the world and connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
